Joe DePlasco has worked with some of the country’s leading institutions and businesses on a wide range of public affairs and cause related campaigns. As a partner at DKC, a strategic communications firm, he’s also developed a unique history practice that looks to incorporate historical understanding and inquiry into conversations about today. He’s worked with the filmmaker Ken Burns for the last twenty-five years on all of his films, along with others in this area, and is currently focused on the rollout of Burns’s upcoming film, The American Revolution.  Joe has two master’s degrees in American history from Columbia University.
