Kathleen Barquin serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Chair of More Perfect. She is an experienced executive assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders across nonprofit, education, and mission-driven organizations, Kathleen also brings a strong technical background, having prior experience as a web designer for the National Science Foundation and as the owner of her own web design business, where she developed custom websites for nonprofits and small businesses.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and began her career teaching in Annapolis, developing individualized strategies to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students with special needs.  Kathleen lives in beautiful northern Maryland with her husband, three young adult children, and their dog, Finn.
