Maddie Beecher is the program director at More Perfect. She has experience in program management, development, campaign planning, civic tech, stakeholder engagement and organizational management. She has worked as a political consultant, campaign manager, advisor to elected officials, executive director of a statewide nonprofit, and leader of a national organization’s civic engagement programs. She has worked on electoral and issue-based democracy campaigns across the country and abroad, from national campaigns down to the local level.

Maddie earned a bachelor's degree from the George Washington University in international affairs and political science with a concentration in conflict resolution, and she was a 2020 Urban Leaders Fellow.
