John J. Dilulio Jr. serves as the Frederic Fox Leadership Professor of Politics, Religion, and Civil Society at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously he taught at Princeton University, founded the Brookings Center for Public Management, and served as the first director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives. Dilulio received a BA in economics and an MA in political science from Penn and a PhD in political science from Harvard University.
